Runtime Service
The SCADALRT Runtime Service is a windows service installed as a gateway on a SCADA server or SCADA network and synchronizes alarm changes from the SCADA application with the cloud database.
Cloud Database
The cloud database maintains the current alarms, alarm groups, system users, notification schedules, and all system settings.
Cloud Notification Engine
The cloud notification engine performs notifications to users via SMS, voice, email, or push notifications (Android and iOS supported). This engine can also be enabled to notify Slack or Discord messaging platforms.
Web Application
The SCADALRT web app is the user interface for operators to view and acknowledge alarms, configure groups, schedules, and system settings. The web application is mobile responsive and compatible with Windows, Android, or iOS.
